rankloop.dev is a static site. In normal browsing it sets no cookies at all — we verified this by crawling our own pages. We set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies and use no third-party analytics that profile visitors.
Form protection — no cookies
Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile (provider:
Cloudflare, United States). In the configuration we use, Turnstile sets
no cookies: per Cloudflare's documentation it issues a one-time
use token when you complete the verification, which our server validates and
discards. (Cookies such as cf_clearance exist only in Turnstile's
optional "pre-clearance" mode, which we do not use.) Turnstile processes only
the connection data strictly necessary to tell people from bots, and does not
read form entries.
Preferences
If you use the light/dark theme switch, your choice is stored as a single value
(theme) in your browser's localStorage. It is not a cookie, never
leaves your device, has no expiry, and is removed when you clear site data.
Nothing is stored unless you use the switch.
Third-party requests
Fonts are self-hosted on our own domain. The only third-party resource our pages load is the Turnstile script from challenges.cloudflare.com (on pages with a form); your browser shares your IP address with Cloudflare when fetching it. Nothing else is loaded from third-party domains.
